Toi et moi (or. French)~ mn. you & me
It's said that the original Toi et Moi sprung to life when French emperor Napoleon gave a ring to his love, Josephine, made of two pear cut stones side by side. The stones were a blue sapphire and a diamond. We've reimagined that ring here with a twist, literally. It features two bezel set pear shaped stones~ a .52ct pale yellow diamond (Q SI1) nestled next to a 1.74ct grey blue sapphire from Umba, Tanzania. The sandblasted 14k blonde gold setting creates a quiet, neutral base allowing the stones to shine. It adds a tonality to the diamond and the frostier aspect of it compliments the cooler hued sapphire. The band measures 2mm where it meets the setting and widens to 3.8mm in the back and has a soft, rounded interior.
This ring is a size 6 and can be sized up or down within a size. To do so please email studio@katejones.us and allow 2 weeks for sizing.
