RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & SIZING POLICY
All of our jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee: if it breaks, if your fingers shrink, if they grow, and you need a new size, a chain adjustment, anything, we are here for you! The goal is to make jewelry you'll love for life...
At this time we do not offer refunds, primarily due to our made-to-order process and being such a small business, but we will happily offer exchanges or store credit for items purchased online if the item is returned within the 14 day period. Items must be postmarked within the 14 day period. We ask that you please take care when trying on your new jewelry and preparing to send it back to us. Jewelry which has been worn or damaged, will not be accepted. Please return in its original packaging and insure all pouches are tied tightly. We do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged.
We offer sizing exchanges free of charge for unworn sterling silver and brass or bronze jewelry (bracelets included). For made-to-order gold or platinum pieces where sizing is possible a fee will apply. Sizing fees vary depending on the process but typically range from $40-$125. For unworn made-to-order gold or platinum pieces where sizing is not possible, but another size is needed, an exchange for a different size can be made and will incur a 10% restocking fee and any difference in price that may apply.
If the item has been worn, you will be charged an additional refinishing fee to exchange for another size.
**Please note that all inlay stone items are very tricky to re-size due to the nature of inlay, so please be thorough when choosing your ring sizes.
