Holiday Order Deadlines & Shipping Cutoffs

This is a friendly reminder that the majority of our work is made to order with a 4-6 week timeline. This time of year things can get particularly hectic, and we take on a much greater production schedule than usual, while trying to fulfill at the same speed.  In addition, the closer we get to Christmas, delays with shipping carriers become more common.  We ask you to please take that into consideration when ordering and help us help you by paying close attention to the following and accepting that any unexpected delays from the carriers is beyond our control:

Order cut offs:

November 19th~ Special-order cutoff date for guaranteed delivery by Christmas (this means our standard made to order pieces).

*Please be aware we are out of the studio intermittently for the month of December due to in-person events.  Please allow several days for packing and shipping. 

FINAL SHIPPING DAY

Dec 16th~ Final day to purchase ready-to-ship items with Christmas delivery.   Please choose your shipping method's accordingly. We recommend expedited to account for carrier's shipping delays.
